Hello Pawan,

It’s quite common to feel a bit out of sync when you focus heavily on one aspect of your game, such as the forehand drive, and then switch back to another, like the backhand drive. Here are a few tips to help you regain your rhythm on the backhand drive:

1. Warm-Up Effectively: Before starting your practice session, make sure to spend a few minutes on each basic stroke (forehand and backhand drives, blocks, serves, etc.). This can help in maintaining a balanced feel for both strokes.

2. Use Drills that Combine Both: Try drills that require you to alternate between forehand and backhand drives. This can help in maintaining rhythm and fluidity between the two strokes. Often when we focus on one side we turn our body a little to favour that side and therefore when we go back to the other side we are out of position.  Playing with sides will help you to develop both strokes from a more natural and game like position.
